Terms & Conditions

Our Services

Bella Butlers offers lifestyle management, home support, and personal concierge services. All services are delivered by carefully selected, trained independent contractors (“Bellas”), coordinated and managed by Bella Butlers.

 

Independent Contractor Model

All Bellas are independent contractors. Bella Butlers manages schedules, quality, and communication, but is not the employer. We are not liable for contractor actions outside of reasonable control.

Client Confidentiality

All Bella Contractors have signed agreements in which they understand they are not allowed to disclose any sensitive or personal information in any relations to the client during services or hereafter. 

 

Client Responsibilities / Clients agree to

 Provide a safe, respectful, and professional environment

 Share accurate information about service requirements

 Notify us promptly of any schedule changes or safety concerns

 Ensure access to the home at agreed times

 

Service Scope & Tier Inclusions

Services are based on the tier selected: Foundation, Elevated, or Exclusive. Each tier includes all features of the previous tier, plus additional premium services. Any tasks outside these inclusions require prior approval and may incur additional fees.

 

Payment Terms

All prices are in AUD

Payment is required prior to services unless otherwise agreed

Late payment may result in paused or rescheduled services

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Less than 24 hours’ notice: full service fee applies

Rescheduling is subject to availability

 

Liability

Bella Butlers is not responsible for:

Accidental damage occurring during normal service

Loss of unsecured items

Delays caused by events outside our control

 

Changes to Terms

Bella Butlers may update these Terms at any time.

Major updates will be communicated to clients.

Refund & Payment Policy

 

Payment is required prior to commencement of services

Weekly or package pricing must be paid in advance

Refunds are not provided for change of mind

If Bella Butlers cannot provide a service due to our error, a reschedule or credit will be offered

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice incur full service fees; over 24 hours may be waived.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be communicated promptly.

Add-on hours are billed after confirmation, and must be paid before service is delivered.

Flexible Hours

 

​Clients select the number of hours needed each week.

Each tier (Foundation, Elevated, Exclusive) has a minimum weekly hour requirement to ensure consistent, high-quality service.

Additional hours beyond the tier can be requested and billed at the standard hourly rate.

 

Booking & Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed only after full payment (or deposit if pre-agreed) is received.

One-off or flexible weeks require full payment upfront.

Recurring weekly bookings can be paid weekly or fortnightly in advance.

Cancellations & Changes

Less than 24 hours’ notice: full service fee applies.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be communicated promptly.

Add-on hours are billed after confirmation and must be paid before service is delivered.

Payment Methods

Payments are to be made via Bank transfer / direct deposit
